These terms outline the obligations, responsibilities, and benefits of affiliates participating in the Cloudol Affiliate Program. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before joining the program. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Cloudol Affiliate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Own or operate a legitimate and active website, blog, social media account, or other online platform relevant to hosting services or related industries.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Have a valid and verifiable payment method for commission payouts.
• Ensure your platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, and Cloudol’s policies.

Affiliate Registration and Approval

• All affiliate applications may are subject to review and approval by Cloudol.
• Cloudol reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without the obligation to provide a reason.
• If your application is approved, you will receive an affiliate account with access to tracking tools, reports, and marketing materials.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a fixed percentage-based commission on all qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure is as follows:

• Commissions are only credited for completed sales and do not include canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
• Budget, Windows & Storage segment products is not part of affiliate program but not limited to Budget Hosting, Budget VPS & Servers, Windows VPS & Servers and Object Storage.
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) and duplicate transactions are strictly prohibited and will not qualify for commissions.
• Affiliates often achieve higher returns by highlighting comprehensive plans and longer-term subscriptions, as these typically provide greater value for both the customer and the affiliate.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• Commissions are paid once the minimum payout threshold specified in the affiliate dashboard is met.
• Payments are processed through the methods available in the affiliate dashboard, which may include bank transfers, PayPal, or other supported payment services.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment details.
• Any fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges associated with commission payouts are the affiliate’s responsibility.
• Cloudol reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of chargebacks, refunds, suspected fraudulent activity, or policy violations.

Affiliate Obligations and Best Practices

• Affiliates must adhere to ethical and legal marketing practices while promoting Cloudol.
• All promotional content, including blog posts, social media posts, and advertisements, must be truthful and not misleading.
• Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Cloudol in compliance with relevant advertising guidelines (e.g., FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing).
• Spam, forced clicks, misleading advertisements, or any unauthorized automated methods to drive traffic are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates must not misrepresent Cloudol’s services, pricing, promotional offers, or affiliate program terms.
• Paid advertising campaigns using “Cloudol” or related brand keywords without authorization are not allowed.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Engage in false advertising, deceptive practices, or misleading claims regarding Cloudol services.
• Promote Cloudol on websites containing illegal, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• Use unauthorized coupon sites, spam tactics, or incentive-based traffic methods.
• Modify or manipulate affiliate tracking links to bypass Cloudol’s tracking system.
• Attempt to artificially inflate commissions through fake sign-ups, fraudulent transactions, or other unethical tactics.
• Violate intellectual property rights by using Cloudol’s brand, logos, or copyrighted materials without permission.

Account Termination and Suspension

Cloudol reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account under the following conditions:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement.
• Engagement in fraudulent, unethical, or deceptive practices.
• Extended inactivity within the affiliate program.
• Any action that negatively affects Cloudol’s reputation or business interests.
• Failure to provide accurate tax or payment information when required.

Affiliates whose accounts are terminated due to violations will forfeit any unpaid commissions, and they will not be eligible to reapply to the program.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• Cloudol makes no guarantees regarding the amount of revenue an affiliate can earn through this program.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
• Cloudol does not guarantee uninterrupted access to tracking, reporting, or affiliate tools.
• Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk and agree to hold Cloudol harmless from any claims arising from their participation.

Modifications and Updates

• Cloudol reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
• Significant changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
• Continued participation in the program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from participation in the affiliate program shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
